Tactile push-button switches (commonly known as tact switches) serve as the primary human-machine interface (HMI) in millions of medical devices, automotive control modules, computer peripherals, and consumer appliances. To ensure these switches function flawlessly under extreme thermal, mechanical, and electrical conditions, we use carefully selected, high-grade raw materials and strict manufacturing tolerances.
We use premium stainless steel and gold-plated phosphor bronze domes to ensure crisp mechanical click feedback, minimal contact resistance, and a lifetime rating exceeding 1,000,000 cycles.
Our switch bodies are molded from UL94-V0 rated Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) and high-temperature nylon, allowing them to withstand peak reflow temperatures of 260°C during lead-free SMT processing.
